My zeal for real estate software was ignited when I worked as the controller for a well-recognized regional real estate firm after my tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Like any controller, I spent hours juggling different systems and spreadsheets, trying to reconcile and produce accurate reports for all these departments – syndications, development, property management. It was a real headache at the end of each month and my time was spent buried in the details, instead of providing valuable insights to help team leaders make informed decisions.”
My father always said, “With the right tools, any job is easier”. This wisdom inspired my mission: to find or create the perfect tool that would help real estate companies plan, process, and produce insightful data, enabling them to make decisions that would positively impact their business.
Our journey began many years ago when we observed that mid-sized real estate firms faced complex challenges similar to larger companies but lacked access to suitable resources. We consistently were reminded that the existing solutions were either too expensive and complex or too simplified.
